          Early life

          Paul Rodriguez was born in Culiacan, Sinaloa, to Mexican agriculture ranchers.[1] His family migrated to Compton, California, where Rodriguez enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Iceland and in Duluth, Minnesota.

          Rodriguez was
